Return a list of log files matching the provided filters. Each result includes a 15-minute presigned S3 URL for direct file download. Results are sourced from Polaris and reflect files that have been ingested from S3.

On Error

HTTP Code	Error Code	Definition
400	INVALID_DATE_RANGE	startDate is after endDate.
500	VN_INTERNAL_ERROR	An unexpected error occurred.

A machineIdentifiers or organizationIds filter is silently narrowed to what you have access to, same as every other read: a machine or org you don't have access to simply contributes no results rather than returning an error.
